Can you name some other famous faces that appeared in the original series and TNG?
Answers on a post card, please.

I remember Joan Collins in the one where they somehow ended up back in World War 2 USA.

As I recall, she didn't know her Green Cross Code ....

Diana Muldaur ~

She appeared in both Star Trek for two episodes:
Image
Is There in Truth No Beauty? (1968) as Dr Miranda Jones

Image
Return to Tomorrow (1968) as Dr. Ann Mulhall

Eventually played a full season as Dr. Pulaski in TNG
Image

She had doctorate degree in all of them!

Talk about an ageless beauty.... she has been in many TV series such as Bonanza, Mannix, Kung Fu, L.A. Law
Born in 1938

BTW: I once did a search on all the original Star Trek beauties to see what they were up to at the time. Interesting project!

<Scene: a lone figure walks into a deserted pub. At the bar the figure brushes a layer of dust from a bar stool and sits and waits. And waits.>

"Waddaya have to do to get served in here?" shouts the lonesome figure with the greyhound avatar...

Hey, if we can garner enough interest in a FES meet, then we can do this pub stuff for real!

Would Sunday work better for you? I'm open to suggestions. Maybe Sunday would be better for the guys, too.

Sunday's great! Why don't you come over and I'll cook a roast. Lamb all right with you? We could walk the dog and call in at the pub for a pre-lunch drinkie on the way home.

About 3.00pm for lunch so meet you in the park for 11.30am, and then down the pub for 1.00pm.
Can't think of a better way to spend a Sunday. Good company, good grub and a few bevvies!

On topic/Off topic?

From the BBC Home page http://www.bbc.co.uk/
“History On this Day (28 Sept 2010)

“1962: The Warren Commission into the assassination of US President John F Kennedy finds 'no conspiracy'. “

Kinda of funny in a sad way – completing the ‘no conspiracy’ verdict in 1962...before the event! Typo me thinks….

Where do you find these lil' interesting tidbits? I didn't realize that was David Sole. Has he always been a British citizen, or did just serum-convert?

Much to T.E.D.'s loss, Gormley was already booked as the S-T convention's musical act.

I'm wondering about this guy's my "phaser is on stun" look (photo below-- now we know how Spock got his pointy ears). As this is a family show, I'll type no more about it...

Well, since we can't have Mark, lets get his younger brother! Introducing Paul Gormley!!!

Actually, he's pretty good, especially since he doesn't do all that falsetto chirpin'!

I thought Spock got his head caught in a combine harvester.
