Chat intermediate page

During the past few days, when logging into chat, (using the link at the bottom of TFE forums), I am directed to an intermediate page.
Is this a new feature?

PS I tried to attach the file (to show the intermediate page) but I cannot view it here on this msg...

Before, you did not have to make a choice, you were just auto logged in.
