Thoughts?

Needed some inspiration for a new banner, and where else to go?

Image

My Photo editing program is quite old; but I think I managed to go a good job. Tried to crop all of Mr Dolby from the Hyperactive single, but it wasn't playing ball. However (and quite by accident) managed to get a rather amusing layer from there, which is present.

Anyway, just curious as to everyone's thoughts, comments, suggestions, etc?

How about..

Postby Omar Cayasso » Mon Apr 24, 2006 2:29 pm

A less washed out Thomas and adding some depth by making it more 3D against that Jedi's lightining (?) swoosh. I am so black and white in my taste... if it is going to be anime or is it going to real life? And that bluish color against the color of his washed out skin doesn't ovulate me...in my humble opinion...

Do I get a price?

Yes, well, like I said -

I have a very old photo editing program (8 years old). Technology has since jumped leaps and bounds.

And I am nowhere near good, nor talented at creating banners, nor do I pretend to be.

Have a nice day.

Just ONE thought

Please, don't be discouraged by my comment.... it is just an opinion; like all arse, everyone has one :)

As far as using outdated tools, that's how Hip Hop (for better or worst) came to be.... creative ingenuity is usually what takes over. It is what's most important!

SteVanDan: at least you HAVE a photoshop program. I still have to use paper and pencil. I really need to get some cool software so I can do stuff like you've done. I saved the image to my desktop to put in my Dolby folder. I hope you don't mind. :)

Not at all, Minicoop.

Coincidentally, I obtained a more uptodate photo editing program today! Photoshop 7, which is about 4 years old.

Tinkered about for an hour or so, and managed to create this:

I'm particularly impressed by the static effect I managed to achieve.

Ovulate? I hope you aren't discharging any eggs when you are looking at that picture. :?

Stevandan- that bluish picture reminds me of a 50's thing... kind of in the "AAMB" vein. It's cool.

Hmmm... not quite Debbie. I have had these manly eggs since I was born... it is just that... it would take a hell of a masterpiece to discharge them so I would have new set....
